A city built in the seventies and eighties
Coral Springs grew fast between 1970 and 1990, and a big share of those houses still have a door from that era or its first replacement. Two things age badly: the springs, which are long past their cycle count, and the steel rollers, which get loud and then seize. Both are a single visit.
The double door that is heavier than it looks
Most of these homes have one wide double door. Without a working spring, it can weigh over 300 pounds, which is why people call us after trying to lift it by hand.
